**HOW TO USE:
- Remove the eye mask from its packaging (it begins to warm up immediately). Use right after opening. See illustration on the packaging.
- Tear along the perforation in the middle and hook the ear straps over your ears. Place the white side of the mask over your eyes and gently press the edges to fit snugly.
**Precautions before use:
- Do not use if your eyes are sore, inflamed, swollen, injured, have a rash, or if there are any skin issues around the eye area.
- Consult a doctor before use if you are sensitive to heat, have impaired temperature sensation, or are undergoing medical treatment.
- Children, individuals with disabilities, or those with memory loss should use under adult supervision.
**Cautions during use:
- Stop using immediately if the mask feels too hot, causes pain, irritation, or any unusual discomfort.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if a rash, itching, or any unusual changes appear around the eyes.
